About the Alliance
A deal closes and the relationship changes hands. Onboarding, customer success, education, support and marketing all pick up a promise they were not part of making, and the customer feels every seam in that handoff.
The Post-Sales Alliance is a cross-functional group of practitioners working that problem in public. We run livestream panels, publish recaps and working templates, and keep building a shared picture of what the post-sale journey looks like today and what it should look like instead.
Nothing here is theory for its own sake. Everyone on the panels is currently responsible for part of a customer relationship after the sale.
