Session 2 recap: Bridging the Execution Gap
Kristine Kukich ยท July 23, 2025
The distance between what a company sells and what it can actually deliver, and why hiring rarely closes it.
Session two picked up where the first panel left off. If the handoff is broken, what is actually breaking?
The answer the group landed on was process. Most teams try to close the gap between the sale and the delivery by adding people, and the gap follows the new people around because nothing underneath it changed.
The panel walked through what to fix first. Name the moments where work changes hands. Decide what has to be true before each of those moments happens. Then make the handoff conversation a standing part of the calendar rather than something that happens when a customer complains.
This is a placeholder recap built from the session outline. The full write-up will replace it.
